SHRI SAI & SHRI RAMNA MAHARSHI both stressed the importance of the Inner Guru (AATMA )for spiritual growth, We must look within us wherein lies the Inner Guru.Both the Devine Masters have however, cautioned that not all devotees are so advised.They feel that unless a devotee is sufficiently purified & developed from within, following the Inner Guru would be on the contrary a dangerous practice as all manner of selfish promptings can slip into the stream of conciousness & advertise themselves as inner spiritual direction.That is why normally an outer Guru remains necessary.It is to to be noted that the strength of the Aatma ( INNER GURU ) is directly propotionate to the purity of the mind.
Thus as SHRI SAI told a devotee ' IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO HAVE AN OUTER GURU,EVERYTHING IS WITHIN US .WHAT YOU SOW WE REAP WHAT YOU GIVE YOU GET " Here the advice of the Inner Guru was meant for him only .

Every devotee tries to visualize How Baba looked like. They try to see how Dwarakamai, Chavadi looked like when Baba walked on the soil of Shirdi. Are we able to visit Baba back in his times when we visit Shirdi now?
