"HEARKEN TO THE WORDS OF YOUR PARENTS. RESPECT THE ELDERS." This was SHRI SAI's constant advice to HIS devotees. However, HE has in certain cases, fulfilled the wishes of HIS devotees even though such wishes are in total defiance of the elders including the parents. Take an instance from Chapter No. 12 of SHRI SAI SATCHARITA. When Nana Nimonkar's wife wished to visit Belapur to see her ailing son, Nana allowed her on the condition that she return the next day itself, though she desired to stay there for 3-4 days. However, SHRI SAI knowing the lady's desires permitted her to stay more at Belapur. Nana Nimonkar got the message & kept quiet.When Rajaram Kapadi of Sangameshwar (b.1896) was in school, he desired to become a doctor whereas his father insisted he manage the family business. When both visited Shirdi in May 1918, SHRI SAI gave HIS clear permission to Rajaram to study medical science. SHRI SAI knows what is best for us.

Every devotee tries to visualize How Baba looked like. They try to see how Dwarakamai, Chavadi looked like when Baba walked on the soil of Shirdi. Are we able to visit Baba back in his times when we visit Shirdi now?
