During the Ram Navami celebrations at Shiridi in 1947, Shri Mani Iyer of Kumbhakonam was at Shiridi. Mani Iiyer's clerk narrated to experience 1) Mani Iiyer's daughter Ms Rajalakshmi , a victim of congenital dumbness , got her power of speech in miraculous way by SHRI SAI's grace. 2) A portion of sweetmeat (peda) kept in the closed almirah in the locked room where Mani Iyer was temporarily put up, lay scattered in the centre of the room half eaten by some 1. On closer examination, it was noticed that the fragments of the peda lay exactly on the floor with the almirah wide open. None could expalin this strange phenomenon in any other way except to attribute the work to the mighty LORD SAI who must have, out of love to HIS devotee , parttook of the sweet & left the remnants as " prasad ". Stranger are SHRI SAI's ways and even stranger are HIS leelas.

Every devotee tries to visualize How Baba looked like. They try to see how Dwarakamai, Chavadi looked like when Baba walked on the soil of Shirdi. Are we able to visit Baba back in his times when we visit Shirdi now?
