Bhagat Mhalsapati, who looked after the puja and worship of KHANDOBA MANDIR at Shiridi also did so at Nimgaon. In 1920 Dussehra, Bhagat went to Nimgaon with his son Marthand & on the way met many devotees bound for Shiridi to celebrate Vijayadashami there . Bhagat assured the Shiridi
bound pilgrims that he would return soon. When Bhagat offered naivadya to Khandoba at Nimgaon he & his son forgot to take the bhog prasad plate. At the same time on the way back, Bhagat was discussing about the Dussehra Bhog to SAI's Samadhi at Shiridi when Marthand suddenly remembered the naivadya prasad left behind at KHANDOBA's MANDIR at Nimgaon. Back they both
went and what a miracle ! The entire Naivadya plate offered to KHANDOBA was eaten with hardly a grain or two left. Not only that the plate looked as if it was used for washing hands also . This was all the doing of LORD KHANDOBA. Wow !
