When Rao Bahadur Sakharam Dhumal of Nasik lost his wife in 1909, he was anxious about her soul's welfare and was performing the monthly (masik) ceremonies. When the 6th month ceremony fell due, SHRI SAINATH told dhumal to perform the same at Shiridi & PROMISED TO GIVE HIS WIFE SADGATI
(Liberation of the soul ). Such was Dhumal's faith in SHRI SAI that he was sure his departed wife attained sadgati. Similarly when Santaram Nachne's 2nd wife passed away in 1929, SHRI SAI (even though HE had
taken Samadhi in 1918 ) assumed the form of peon and accompanied Nachne upto Nasik and helped him perform the obsequies of his departed wife so meticulously at Ramkund ( Nasik ) that baffaled even the most
learned priest there. And on completion of the rites, the peon took leave of Nachne and disappeared. Imagine. ARE WE THAT LUCKY ? I wonder why SAI often plays mischief with us. Well at least

Every devotee tries to visualize How Baba looked like. They try to see how Dwarakamai, Chavadi looked like when Baba walked on the soil of Shirdi. Are we able to visit Baba back in his times when we visit Shirdi now?
