RINANUBANDHA : Part 14 : Madhabrao Adkar. " AARTI SAIBABA , SAUKHYA DATAR JEEVA ........." is the most famous of all Shiridi Aartis. Its composer Madhav Adkar had undubtedly strong Rinanubandha else how could hisaarti on SAINATH be writteb by him and even appreciated by SAI ? Born in 1878 in Barshi near Karmal Taluka ( Maharashtra ),Madhav was a devout soul who believed in simple living and high thinking. He came in touch with Das Ganu Maharaj whogave Madhav a further push in the spiritual field. At Shiridi he wrote a beautiful Aarti on SAINATH but had not the courage to show HIM .Das Ganu however, on SAI's instructions asked Adkar to sing the Aarti which he then did. SAINATH was immensely pleased hearing it and said " THIS AARTI WILL MOVE THE WORLD." It is recommended that this Aarti be sung atleast once aday by all and which please SAI the most. Adkar passed away on 19th oct 1955 ( aged 77 yrs )
