Chief of Surgana state gives Dhumal an increment:Dhumal was appointed Revenue Member to Dewar state and was also the 'Karbari' of surgana state from 1932-33.Once the chief of Surgana state walked in,when Dhumal was dining,so he excused himself.The chief went on to Dhumal's office where there was a potrait of Baba,which he saw and came back to announce an increment to Dhumal within 15 days of his appointment.
