In 1961 when Shri B. Satyanarayana was employed as an Asst.Engineer in the
Western Railway,a mail train met with an accident in the night at a place called
Bhimnath which fell under his jurisdiction.Apart from loss of lives the rescue of
the injured was a stupendous task.The Railway authority were quick to blame
Satyanarayana for this tragedy though he was not at fault . He surrendered to
SHRI SAI & went doing his duty at the accident site.When at 1am, a tall well
built old man,wearing a white soiled kafni approached Satyanarayana & said
"DO NOT WORRY.EVERYTHING WILL BE FINE "So saying ,the old man walked
away & in a flash Satyanarayana realised he could be none other but SHRI SAI
& though he followed HIM the latter just disappeared .The next day,the chief
Engineer came from Bombay & despite the demands for Satyanaryana's removal,
the Chief.Eng , in his report exonerated him.
