When Shri B.V .Narasimhaswamiji attained Self -Realisation at Shiridi on 29.08.1936 his companion Shri Suddhanand Bharati, despite several pilgrimages & study of religious texts continued remain mentally upset and restless. When Suddhanandji went to Sakori and told Shri Upasani Maharaj about his
predicament , the latter treated Suddhanandji to a good feast, such that due to overeating , he had diarrhoea,stomach pain and sleepless night. Learning of Suddhanad's health problems the following morning, Shri Upasani
Maharaj told him, " Your present health condition answers your query. You have sufficient scholarship and wisdom but NOT a One pointed goal. You are only accumulating knowledge but don't know what exactly want to achieve by
these pursuit. Hence you are way behind whereas your friend Shri Narasimhaswamiji's one and only goal was to secuer a SADGURU to lead him to Self - REALISATION. Thus he succeed. "
