RINANUBANDHA : Part 18 : Chand Patil : Chandbhai was the 1st person to have come in contact with SHRI SAI much before the latter settled in Shiridi. The 1st historic meeting between the two took place at the outskirts of Dhupkhed( where Chandbhai lived ) in the twin villages of Sindhon, Bindhon. Chandbhai had lost his mare and it was here that SHRI SAI told him to look near a stream where he found his missing mare. The loss recovery of the animal was just incidentalbut it was Chandbhai's Rinanubandha with SHRI SAI that brought about this meeting. SHRI SAI then camped in the maiden by the bank of the yelganga on the outskirts of Dhupkhed. It is believed that SHRI SAI spent a year or so at Dhupkhed before accompanying Chand Patil's marriage party to Shiridi . SHRI SAI frequently appeared in Chandbhai's dream and knew his thoughts. The Rinanubandha of Chandbhai with SAI thus was as strong as the others.
