Late Shri Nandwani had asked a question, " Why did SHRI SAI lose in the wrestling with Mohiuddin Tamboli (CH 5, SSS ) and at a later age threw down a fanatic with just a touch on the wrist ? Shir R. S Pujari ( sice deceased ) answers : In receiving defeat at the hands of Mhiuddin Tamboli , at the age of 21-22, SHRISAI taught us that PRIDE HAS ALWAYS A FALL .So also,in winning over the animal strength of a fanatic with a mere touch. SHRI SAI has another lesson for us viz. IT IS THE SPIRITUAL STRENGTH THAT WINS.Shri Pujari also answerd a question as to why SHRI SAI showed xceptional courtesy to Bade Baba ( Ch11,SSS0even though the latter was totally ill famed in Shiridi. The answer provided was that SHRI SAI saved a rabid dog from death at the hands of the villagers , gave Moksha to a tiger (CH 31 SSS) got up and gave HIS seat to Nanavaliand thus there was nothing wrong in showing courtesy to Bade Baba.
