RINANUBANDHA PART 12 : Bayaji Appaji Patil..........The very 1st indication of SHRI SAI's Rinanubandha with Bayaji Patil & vice versa is the fact that his house was one of the 5 houses in Shiridi that SHRI SAI took bhiksha daily and in the early years , SAI would go over about 8 times a day to Bayaji's house for begging food the frequency of which gradually decreased to 4, 3 and 2 times daily and during the last 12 years till 1918,only once a day. The 2nd proof of strong indication of rinanubandha was that for 12 years (1906-1918 ) SHRI SAI daily gave 4 rupees to Bayaji which the latter invested on SAI's instruction, in the purchase of land and with this money, he purchased 84 acres. Bayaji was strong physically and was proud of it but SHRI SAI one day put down Bayaji's pride. It is to be noted that SHRI SAI took Mahasamadhi by leaning on Bayaji's lap. This is 3rd proof of a strong rinanubandha.
